This was literally a very heavy lift....also delicate!! Ordered a very nice granite bench that needed to be moved from NC to NJ and delivered to a site that was hard to reach on a steep hill. They kept me updated every step of the way and made sure we were all set for the delivery. Received two boxed kayaks which was shipped from Texas to Indiana. I received the boxes without damage. Customer service at the South Bend, Indiana warehouse was great! I received up to date emails in reference to my shipments every move and status along the way.

I had a kayak delivered way out in the country, off the paved road. The dispatcher reached out to me the day prior to my delivery and was extremely helpful and professional. The driver called to confirm the location and had obviously done some map recon. He understood my instructions and was extremely understanding. We had two ten foot kayaks delivered. The driver was absolutely the best very courteous to my wife . Helped her carry them from the truck all the way to the garage. Helped her unpack them check them over for any damage which there was non from shipping. The stickers had some issues from rubbing inside box. Not shipping company issue. Ok, normally I wouldn’t post, but my experience was above expectations and I would highly recommend. I called to pick my package up in lieu of having it delivered. When I arrived the gentleman not only brought me my package (a kayak) but helped us unpack it and load it to my truck. I called immediately to let them know he was amazing and I truly appreciated what he did. Thank you and I had an amazing experience
