If i could give them 0 stars i would.....my package is a week late....was on truck out for delivery on Monday 4/20 come to find out it was never placed on the truck so rescheduled for 4/21...no show...i call get told it will be delivered and still no show.....so again rescheduled for 4/22 also no shoe.....no updates yesterday......today says scheduled for delivery for Friday...im about to just drive 30 minutes to the facility its at to get it my damn self this is ridiculous

The people are pretty helpful and friendly but it can be pretty confusing figuring out where to go once you're inside the gate. They could use a few signs to direct customers where to go to pick up their shipments.
