Always clean. The manager is not only very effecient but friendly & pretty cool catud83dude3ain my opinion!
Horrible place. Prices change all the time , so check. I paid one price when I moved in and the price decreased by $10 in 7months. Could have saved $70 . There prices seem to be more expensive the higher the floor. Didn’t find out until I looked online like I was a new customer. New prices! They would never have told me. If I hadn’t found it. Still be paying the higher price.nThen they wanted to charge me for not clearing all my stuff out of my unit when moved out.nI told them all the extra money they’ve made off me over the months, clean it out yourself.nnAlso, be prepared to find homeless people living there and using the bathroom as their home bath and shower. It’s all day but I noticed them there first thing in the morning. And at closing time. There must not be security, so nice cheap housing in the Pearl. Gotta love cheap apartments! Free electricity and free water and bath.nnFIND ANOTHER STORAGE FACILITY!
Great staff, but a little pricey in my opinion.
I've been doing business with central self storage for years. Good location. Lots of cameras make this location safe. Indoor loading area keeps you out of the rain. Friendly staff. Easy truck rental. Plenty of boxes and packing material. Would recommend.
