STAY AWAY!!!!!This place has horrible customer service, and they are completely unreliable!!!! I had a pickup scheduled for a Friday... I waited around all day, they never showed up, wouldn't answer my calls, and never called me to let me know what was going on. Afler that, since they were closed for the weekend I had to wait till Monday to see what was up. Called Monday and they said they would come between noon and 4. I told them that I would not be available after 4.... They came at 6, charged me the $200 freight cost and didn't pick it up. I called back Tuesday and got the run-around, but eventually they said they would come to pick it up, but couldn't give me even a remote time that they would be coming so I waited all day till 6:45pm Halloween day and they never showed. This made us late to take the kids trick-or-treating. Called back Wednesday morning and they told me they would call back with a pickup time and they never called back. Almost a week later and multiple frustrating calls and all day waits later and I have no idea when or if they will be picking up my shipment..... NOT HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST!!
