I will first say that the local staff, property management and technicians are friendly, caring and responsive. We are however disappointed with this facility as we had one break in with loss of property (time & money) and then another attempted break-in. This facility has no fencing, security lighting, video cameras. It is located in a more secluded location which makes it a very easy target. During the course of our break-in we were advised by local authorities that this has been a frequent occurrence at this facility. This facility has a near full occupancy. Given the amount we are spending per month for two storage facilities I can imagine this to be a profitable location. Nonetheless I feel Staylock has a responsibility to at least attempt to secure the facilities. What are we paying for? It is my hope that Staylock will invest in their property and secure the location. I do not recommend storage at this facility.
Storage unit that is close to home. Employees are nice.
It is not temperature regulated. My daughter lost all the stuff from her house do to mold.
