I have bought every kind of furniture there is from this business over the last several decades and wouldn't go anywhere else unless it was something they don't sell. They know their products and the quality and service are exceptional. Tom's the best.

We purchased two recliners during Labor Day. The one recliner was off the floor so we got right away and liked it. The second recliner took over 2 months to come to us and when we did receive it it was awful, nothing like in the store. We returned the recliner which took them forever to pick up and they have yet to return our money minus their restocking fee. I will never go back to this store even though the salesperson we worked with originally was so nice. The customer service on the backside of the transaction has been the worse.
If only I could rate this place 0 stars I would be happy to do so! My wife and I walked into the store and were kind of greeted by an older gentleman(I’m being extremely nice saying gentleman), we were there looking for a reclining couch and loveseat. When I told the guy I wasn’t interested in the motorized recliners because I thought they moved too slow and if I wanted to get off them fast for some reason I wouldn’t be able to. So this rude guy proceeds to tell me, maybe I should lose some weight! WTF was that supposed to mean? I wanted to jack slap the guy right there! Needless to say, we did NOT buy any furniture from this joke of a place! I mean, who treats their potential customers like this? I will be calling and talking to whoever is in charge today!!! Don’t waste your time!
