Very friendly and customer oriented sales rep. No pressure at all, explained pros and cons of each powered love seat-recliner we were looking at. Answered ALL of our questions precisely. We had plenty of time to browse, review and then make a decision. In addition to a great piece of furniture at a good price, we received a five-year upholstery kit. The very reasonable delivery price also includes complete set-up and testing all functions. I would highly recommend Furniture Row!
Good selection but some of the furniture doesn't seem well built.
AJ was extremely helpful. Any questions I had, he answered. He helped show where certain product was located. He continued to check in with us to make sure we were finding what we needed. I would definitely recommend Furniture Row. All the staff were very friendly, the store was clean, and the prices were fair. I will be purchasing from them again in the future. Ken was a great help while we looked for a dining room table. Always near by to answer questions if needed but gave us a plenty of time and space to mull over our options. His no pressure tactics were much appreciated. We even left, came back home to talk it over and he was more than willing to complete the transaction over the phone! Will definitely return for more furniture!
We stopped in to look for a chair or two and found several we liked. After getting the card for the person helping us, we left and checked several other places. We didn’t find anything we liked at those places and their sales people wanted to show us things they you thought we wanted and wouldn’t let us just shop. So we came back and ordered several chairs from Ola at Furniture Row! We had a great experience and will definitely recommend them in the future!
