Joers did an exceptional job with our floors. We tore out old carpet and wood floors and replaced with all new hardwood floors throughout. Joers thought about the small things (like removing the baseboards vs shoe molding) when replacing the floors whereas other competitors seemed like they wanted to do whatever was quickest. Chip was extremely professional and patient during the entire process, and Jeff (installer) was professional and did a fantastic job.
Joers was not only easy to work with, but the installers are fantastic. I have a patterned carpet and figured I would probably see some seams. I looked through the whole house and couldn't find one! The people at the floor center are great to work with and there is a huge selection, even some that is in stock and ready to go!
We were extremely pleased that we decided to work with Joers for our remodel. They had a huge selection and Chip was up front and honest with us the entire process. Great communication throughout and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.
I recently had luxury vinyl tile place throughout my home. I had an excellent experience with Joer's. Matt was very helpful with the measuring and planning of my project and was always quick to respond when I had any questions. Jeff did an amazing job with the install. He was very professional, and kept a clean workspace throughout the job which was very appreciated bc I have small children. He worked very efficiently and our floors looks beautiful! Thanks again!
