Out of stock on lumber I was looking for.
Mike in the appliance department was very helpful over the phone. He took time to make sure the refrigerator models that my husband and I were looking for were in the store for pickup. After we got our fridge home, we noticed a dent on the side panel toward the rear and near the bottom of the fridge. It didn't affect the function of the appliance. I called the store and was offered to have it replaced if we returned it (not happening) or have a 10% discount. We took the discount. Thank you Lowes and Mike. Love the fridge.
So a big shout out to an employee named Russell for helping me with a window project that worked.. This guy is very smart and new exactly what I was talking about.. Instead of waiting for two week for a new window, I had it put together that evening.. If you need advice ask Russ hes got your back.
Website says they had tile in stock. Could not find it in store. Couldn't find anyone to help. Waited for over 20 min
Ordered dishwasher in store was to be delivered last month no show call said it was backed ordered told me bad number but they right number in system. Called yesterday and all was good for delivery. Today nothing, called and said can't find dishwasher after being hung up numerous times I told I'll get a call on Tuesday was given a delivery time for today I believe Lowe's doesn't really need Disabled Veterans business no matter what they say
