By far the best experience I have had shopping for furniture. Our sales consultant Tony ( Mishawaka store ) was absolutely fantastic, he was a great conversationalist and never seemed like he was interrogating us for information during our purchase. After picking out the perfect couch and loveseat he quickly priced up several options to show how things could change based on the additional options - he even kept on mind how certain options could effect delivery delays. 10/10 would recommend. Ask for Tony if you want a knowledgeable consultant who is easy to talk to while understanding your needs.
Gina was very helpful in the choice of my chair and made sure I received the best sale price and discounts available. Covid - 19 best practice was observed at all times. My unit has to be built and won't be ready for delivery to me until mid November. In 52 years this will be my 3rd lazy boy chair for me. I love them.
Great sales service. Of course, you’re spending thousands of dollars... Horrible after sales service. They won’t return phone calls. Our couch was OVER TWO MONTHS LATE!! !NO. COMMUNICATION. Almost three months late... After repeated phone calls, they would not call back to talk.They would say, you’ll hear from us tomorrow, three weeks later, hello?
Such a great experience. Very easy to do business with. So professional and it was easy to get our new recliner/rocker ordered.
Salesperson very helpful and informative regarding recliner purchased. Several to choose from and I was free to roam and try out recliners at my own pace. Very good experience. I am a repeat customer and I'm never disappointed. Loved the products purchased every time.
