The salesman John was great! The store was pretty busy but he managed it all without missing a beat. Worked with 3 sales pretty much all at once and didn’t break a sweat. Great experience!!
We had an excellent experience buying a mattress, box spring and bed frame! John Cole was efficient, listened to us and fitted us to the perfect mattress in the first try. -1 star because...nThe store management made a serious error only having one person scheduled to work on a Sunday. There were several customers in the store, and it could definitely have used another staff member.nnHowever, the salesperson that was on duty handled it like a champ! He gave everyone as close to equal attention as possible. He explained every aspect of the mattresses we tried, the pros and cons of each adjustable base, and discussed impacts of various promotions offered based on our selections. No problems with processing our information, scheduling delivery or letting us know the policy for warranty/trial periods either.
Had the best experience here! Salesman was very knowledgeable about the products, I was very satisfied with how everything went. I can’t wait to get the new bed and finally get some great rest! Would highly recommend!
This is a very good place to purchase a good firm mattress ,nor soft what ever you Prefer.nReasonable prices great place to shop for value..
