Adrian (AJ) was an amazing salesperson. He immediately reached out to help. I needed to furnish my entire apartment. He really knows the Ashley inventory so he maximized my budget. I feel he delivered on quality pieces. He has a wonderful sense of design and a keen eye which helped integrate the rooms of my apartment. I imagine he will be attentive to the details of my Order and to the shipping timeline and details. Hopefully management will recognize his outstanding qualities and consider him a candidate for management training opportunities.

My husband and I were shopping for a new bed and mattress. Our sales associate, Adrian, was professional and knowledgeable. He allowed us to shop without pressure to buy, yet was available to answer questions and make helpful suggestions related to picking out a mattress and mechanical bed frame. My husband and I were very pleased with our shopping experience at Ashley and we will be back for future furniture purchases.

Cameron was the first person to greet me as I entered the store. He was friendly and engaging. I stated I didn’t really know what I was looking for and he informed me that there was a new layout and where different styles were located. This was helpful so I headed to where I thought I would want. He left me be so I wondered around a bit and then as I was getting ready to leave he checked back and asked if I had questions, which I did. He was able to answer them and I was satisfied. He sent me his business card if I had any other questions as well. I ended up going back and made the purchase. Cameron made it quite seamless and was enjoyable to work with.

Jolene was fantastic and knowledgeable. She helped us get exactly what we wanted and even made special arrangements for us that just brought our experience over the top. Our whole process was so smooth and quick, which is completely different than what we’ve experienced at other home furniture stores. The team here really went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be returning for all of our future needs!

As a man, furniture shopping has never been on my to do list... So the thought itself was daunting. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and welcomed. The salesman that took care of me, Cameron, was amazing. Very personable, professional and made the whole experience much more simple and stress free. From drawing out and designing what would work and what wouldn’t, recommendations and suggestions.. to personal input and views. He was very understanding and at the end of it, I felt very pleased and satisfied with what we had decided on. Once we finished and I was lead to the financial side of things, I was yet again welcomed with amazing hospitality and well taken care of. Amanda and Jordan, along with Cameron, made everything a breeze. When I left, I felt as if I had gained new friends. Highly recommend all of them and I will return for any future purchases.
