Let's of deals but some required ordering
Great service- keeping customers updated on specials, sales, what you can get now compared to what will take longer to get in, etc.. Great selection - Had products with newer technology and many to choose from. Customer service - team members worked together to make sure they could take care of me the best they could including looking at other stores for my requests.nnFamily member purchased sectional shortly after and was impressed as well!
On Saturday we walked into VCF looking for a couch. We were settled on one but could not commit. Aurora was nearby and stopped to great us. She right away made us comfortable and was patient while we decided to follow through with our purchase. The best part of me she spoke Spanish. I usually do all the translating so it was nice to have someone do that for us. I definitely recommend stopping by and chatting with her about what you are needed and how she can help.
Dawn at VCF was awesome! Her customer service was top notch! She was helpful and patient the entire shopping trip. We bought double of what we had planned because the deal was so good! Go see her if you're looking for furniture ud83dude0a
Great store-until JC left and Kevin Heart stepped to run the store into the ground. My Toronto is peeling, their warranty is junk and covers nothing. The store will not give me my personal documents that’s I have been after them for over 3 months. Called home office today on hold for 30 minutes and nobody even picked up the phone. So if you don’t mind a peeling couch and junk warranty with no customer service then shop away.
