The great escape manager Dennis (Mitch) was wonderful to work with and helped us find the perfect pool. He tells you all instructions thoroughly upfront and did his best to meet our needs for our yard. We feel we received a great deal and he really helped us get our pool installed speedy, so we are happy customers.

Well we purchased our first hot tub with them 18 years ago. We replaced it in Feb 2019 and it had a lot of problems, enough that the hot tub company had to replace it. Great Escape was good about it all. They filed the paperwork to the maker of the hot tub promptly. They brought our new hot tub. We are happy with staff and service.

Bought a bar set that I love. Quality stuff. The bar stools didn't last but I came back for better ones. I was kind of cheap on them. This time I got the insurance to cover them new ones if they break.nUpdate: new bar stools seem nice. Glad I have the insurance to cover these. I have a feeling the swivel mechanism will wear out soon. Otherwise very nice purchase. Supprized that they came nearly assembled. Only problem was is that I was told the boxes would fit in a standard car when I came to get them. If I opened them for transport I was threatened that the insurance policies would be voided... Now two star rating for bad customer service...
