We went in for curtains and didn't buy the curtains, but bought a beautiful sectional! Jeff was a true professional, answered all our questions, and was helpful and informative, without being pushy. There was an awesome sale along with 48 month free financing, so we couldn't resist! Our sectional is on order, and if the rest of the transaction is as pleasant as the purchase, we will be very happy!
COSTUMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME! MY WIFE AND I WENT TO PURCHASE A TRAVELING BAG. UPON ENTERING THE STORE UNTIL WE LEFT THE SELL' S CLERK WAS VERY HELPFUL, POLITE, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. OF COURSE, WE BOUGHT THE TRAVELING BAG FROM JCP JUST BECAUSE OF HIS SERVICE.
Not happy. Penney is in violation of TRUTH IN ADVERTISING! They sent coupons for 20 percent off. But not for a coffee pot or crockpot. They consider those as electronics. That was in the FINE PRINT. So fine the average person could not read without a magnifying glass.
Great place to buy you next washing machine. Better price than anywhere else. Prompt and courteous delivery and install.
Found exactly what I was looking for and more. Employee that rang up my sale was very sweet.
