I was told I needed to put a $250 deposit down for work to be performed. The job ended up being just to move two of my TVs 5 inches up the wall. I was told I would be invoiced and receive the difference in the balance as a check since the work was much less than the deposit. Service performed in March. After several calls, voicemails, emails with the tech, Peter, over the course of two months I finally got a response on May 28 that my bill was actually more than $250 and they were going to leave it at $250 “for my troubles”. I was told I was charged $75 for two separate visits, $75 to come out and look at my TVs and another $75 to come out to move them. Then labor time was added on of almost 2 hours. Again, this is just moving two TV brackets 5 inches up a wall and rehanging. During the service, the technician, Peter, had to run back to his office to get parts he “forgot” and that I confirmed he never even used in the install and also spent 10 minutes arguing on the phone with his boss because he was unsure the best way to do it. His cell phone died at the end of the service so I actually had to take a photo of the work myself so he could send it back to his company. The most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I would never recommend using them for anything! I have still not received a proper invoice over 2 months later and was essentially robbed of my deposit.
