Great staff and great phones and great service and great help i would recommend this to anyone
The only 5 star reviews are written by the rude employees and their friends. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The employees refused to speak to me when I asked a question. They used my credit card to purchase something I didn't want, and did not undo it when I caught them. I had to complain all the way up the chain to corporate to get them to refund my money weeks later. It would not surprise me if the employees were stealing from the customers who came in. Do not go to this store.
Terrible customer service. So many fake reviews here. The young lady who works there wouldn't make eye contact, hardly wanted to speak to us, barely answered questions with one word responses, didn't explain anything. At one point she was on the phone for 10 minutes then I realized she was trying to get our account number and I had that information if she had just asked me. In the end we got a phone, but I will not be back to this store, which it's obvious they would prefer since she'd rather not deal with customers.
They're VERY helpful! GREAT service. The girls ( Sima and Yesenia) that work there are so sweet and helpful. I would most definitely recommend Metro to friends and family.
Horrible service. I walk in with an issue and the girls tell me to buy a phone or leave. I hardly believe all these positive reviews are even real. I recognize one of the girls leaving reviews as an employee of another location. Disgusting. I’m glad i went to Verizon.
