Genius Phone Repair

Poor communication. I called on behalf of my wife as she was driving. Needed an iPhone 11 screen replaced. I was very specific about the phone and mentioned it was NOT a pro. Price would be $80 and it would be 45 minutes. Not a problem. Wife shows up, $275 and they want and additional $20 expedite fee to get it done in 45 minutes. What!?!?!?!?!

Best possible service. My computer wouldn't hold a charge, and after several attempts to fix it seemed it would cost more to fix it the computer compared to getting a new one.nThey didn't charge for their time and effort.nWhat more can you ask for. I will continue to use them for all my computer needs.

Took my old phones to get Batteties this place does it all for all devices even sell them. Very reasonable at&t sent me there from Niles mi I might add the best one to go to. Thanks they are all great and knowledgeable.
