Sean was extremely helpful! Got our phone fixed in a very short amount of time. All of the team members were really on the ball! The store manager was great about keeping up with the number of people in the store and making sure the other customers kept a safe distance apart.
I have to say that my rep Chris was awesome! I was truly frustrated with some of the other Sprint stores in the area and when I came to this one Chris took care of me and my family. He listened, gave us options, and recommended services for our family. He made everything so personal and has one of the best customer service attitudes I have ever come across. I highly recommend this store and this rep. Keep up the good work!
Visited the store twice in one week due to issues with my cell phone not charging. The associates were attentive and assisted me with getting my issue resolved that resulted in getting replacement phones for hubby & me. Dave the technician was awesome and saw to ensuring all of our needs were met. The store was clean, the associates wore masks and actively practiced social distancing ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Went in to get my broken phone looked at. Walked in was not greated by anyone. Chris was standing right there on his phone. Jon says do you have that Chris? Then he rudely walks away. Jon was nice and helped me out. He looked frustrated with Chris like I did for that. When I return I will not have Chris help me. I'd rather wait for someone else.
Great people. Answered all my questions. I'll be back again
