I had a great experience here purchasing a printer for my at home business. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to show me how to change out the toner cartridges. Great customer service at this place!

I ordered a chair online, and when I went to pick it up it was the floor model. They offered no discount because of this. I was told you can take this one or we can order you one. The chair was all scratched up, even had a white scuff on the black leather. The manager tried telling me the chair had only been put together a few days ago, but it was clear it had been on the floor for some time. I ended up leaving the store with a different color just so I could have NEW in the box. I was highly disappointed in the way I was treated. after this experience I will shop somewhere else going forward.
