Had everything I needed.

Needed a laptop ASAP so I ordered it through the website and was happy to see that it was in-stock! Drove an hour to get it (everything was out of stock where I live) only to realize that the store would be closed when I arrived--I had forgotten about the time difference! I called them to see if they would allow me to pick up the item 10 min after closing and they were happy to help this out-of-towner! So thank you to Travis and crew for helping me out! I really appreciate the extra mile you went.

My Tire Experience:nI seen another review here for tires. Being that their primary business model isn't based on tire sales alone. I was very impressed! I had just got a quote from one of the larger tire stores and was given a 3 to 4 hour wait time. I didn't have a ride set up, so, I showed up at Sam's shortly after.nThe tire dept. did not open until 10:00am on Sat. But, I guess I got lucky, and an employee in that dept. happened to be almost an hour early. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He took the time to let me know what options I had to order, which was just about any tires I wanted. Then showed me the stock on the floor. I was able to get tires that day, as a walk-in. The price and brand I got was already comparable in brand and quality to what I had been seeking!nThis was only my second time at Sam's, I had been in with a friend once.nThe gentleman who took the time to help me, then explained the membership and all it's finer points. By the time I completed the short membership process and paid for my tires, I came out to $300 less than the major chain store that quoted me (including the membership), I was out in an hour and a half. Also, I have a better warranty than the quote I got at the other place.nYes, Sam's does suggest an appointment, but, took me as a walk-in. Sam's doesn't primarily sell tires, so they may not have what you want right then (big chain has to order too). They had me covered though. The price and warranty is a helluva deal IMO.nMaybe the other review I saw came from someone who doesn't want Sam's to sell tires, because he works for/ or has franchise in Big Chain Tire store???

Had a great experience here by using their Scan & Go feature on the Sam's club app. What a great way to shop! Saves so much time and more importantly it saves on close contact with other people.

Don't bother going here to get tires. The most understaffed and unprofessional tire shop I've ever seen. The tires you need are rarely in stock. You order them, wait 3 days and then have to try to get in to get them installed. They don't want to take walk-ins, but when you call the phone in that department, you can rarely get anyone to answer. How can you make an appointment if you can't get anyone on the phone? Save time and go to Discount Tire. Saving 10 bucks isn't worth it, if you can't get any decent customer service. If you can't find good help in your garage, then quit selling tires.
