I have always experienced excellent customer service at this location. They do everything they can to resolve any problem I have experienced ... In store as well as bringing in other phone experts when needed.

Great customer service. I had 4 great individuals helping me Russell, Hayden, Francis, and Meghan. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay with T-Mobile due to me not getting signal in specific places and call dropping constantly. But other than that, the customer service was wonderful.

Very helpful! Russell was very knowledable and patient. He took the time with us in registering a new phone.

Quinton was way awesome and helped us switch over from cricket. Very friendly and gave us the awesome recommendations of eating at Cheddars afterwards! Top notch! Thank for everything.

Excellent customer service and experienced staff. Shannon Williams set me up with two new lines on an unlimited plan at a great price. Shannon was very well informed about the various phones and different plans offered at T-Mobile. He was also very patient and polite as he answered all of my questions before I decided to leave a rival mobile carrier for a new plan at T-Mobile. His patience was especially commendable as he managed a busy store with many other customers. I appreciated his help throughout the entire process because he truly seems to care about his customers. If you are thinking about making the switch to T-Mobile, then ask for Shannon at the T-Mobile on Grape Road. He really put in the extra effort to set me up with the right plan at a fair price.
