Went to this store location after going to the Cassopolis St. Location and the difference was night and day. The T-Mobile store inside the mall was 100x better. We were helped by a wonderful employee named Veronica, who was educated about all the phones specs and features. I would highly recommend going to the mall location vs. Cassopolis location if nothing else for the difference in professionalism and the availability of product.

Almost all are nice people except Jermaine Adam's, he lied about me qualifying the get out of red program and I didn't. I then worked we corporate office to find out I would of never qualified for any program at all because of the kind of phone I have. Now I have a bill with verizon for $1600 (I live check to check) that I can't pay because he wanted a sale.nThanks for vetran support Jermaine I'll think about it while my bill goes into collections.
