Whenever my aunt passed they were very professional and looked after her only a couple months ago when i was 11 they gave us as much time as we needed and helped us with everything

If I could give 0 stars I could. They removed organs including teeth and skin. They didn't even embalm him. Very rude and unprofessional too.

Very unprofessional service from employees and inconsiderable attitudes.

We used Palmer on Mishawaka Ave, South Bend for my son's viewing on Jan.27, 2018. The Palmer staff was phenomenal. There was a line out the door to view my son and because of the large turnout we went over our time. The staff was very patient, understanding, and willing to help with whatever we needed. We are still tying up loose ends and have had to reach out to Elaine at Palmer's. She had and continues to conduct herself in the most sincere manner. Thank you Palmer's for helping us through this tough time.

Such loving compassion at such a difficult time. They went above and beyond our expectations with the passing of our grandson. Thank you so very much.
