I do not suggest this courier if you care about getting your delivery in Any sort of timely manner!nn5 day pick up took 10. We called daily for updates because they never sent updates even though we signed up for email updates.nnWe created the shipment on Sept 10th for pick up on Monday the 14th and we were told 5 days. They didn’t pick up until 18th despite calling them daily to find out why it was not picked up.nnWe received one update that was not accurate and today the 23rd it said would be delivered, NOPE! It is still on another state.nnThey suggested I add money to the shipment for guaranteed delivery. They were 4 days late picking it up and want me to pay more to get it.nnJOKE! not impressed.nnCalled before using them to ask if they had any delays or issues we should be aware that would slow this and said no!
