I went in thinking I knew what I wanted in a range but quickly discovered what I was looking for is no longer an optionnAh, for the good old days... But back in reality, the staff was very helpful without being pushy at all. I was hesitant to buy a new range without further investigation. They printed me out a copy of the specs on the range I was most interested in and even wrote their sale price on that paper. They're really smart. Ranges are in short supply!! The likelihood of my going back and getting that range is now about 99%!! The store is clean, well situated, and has ample parking. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It’s quite disheartening to spend all this money for new w/d set plus pedestal and they arrive damaged. Service comes out to repair it and can’t figure it out. Do you think Bob Miller is going to replace the unit? No, they want to still try to troubleshoot what is wrong with it. In the mean time $2000+ has bought me a defective set. Their commitment to the customer is not favorable. I would proceed with caution and don’t accept anything that is damaged etc.

We couldn't be happier with the decision to go with Bob Miller's. Our salesperson, Kathy Erwin, was knowledgeable and responsive. We spent hours looking and discussing appliances and ultimately bought Bosch refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Their staff delivered on time and installed everything flawlessly. So far, we are very pleased. The customer service is top-notch. It is so worthwhile to use a locally owned and operated business rather than a big box chain. I highly recommend them.
