An absolute s**t show! After paying full price for a phone, having horrible reception and terrible customer service, they switched their policy from 90 to 180 days before they will unlock my phone so that I can use it with a carrier that actually has service/signal in my residential neighborhood....Save your $, go to Cricket!!

Absolutly horrible service. Went to open an account only to have them cancel it the next day. Staff not willing to help with issue and redirect everything to customer services. Go to a different brance.
