Go to the corporate store on grape road. This is a 3rd party store and all they care about is commission. They can't help once the sale is done.

The store is good great people working there there just needs to be more workers available so people don’t have to stand in a line or walk around for a while only complaint is that the service in the store isn’t the best it needs improvement near the store my phone wasn’t loading good enough

Nice people but took way longer than it should have.
