Panera Bread

We forgot to add a few orders on our initial catering order which we placed online. I called Panera Bread early in the morning to add the two extra meals. Even though I wasn't able to add the meals to the original catering order the gentleman offered to place a separate order and have the meals out at the same time or earlier if needed. I took the earlier time slot which was helpful to keep everyone at work on their scheduled lunch times. The Panera employee helped me place the order for the two extra meals and when I arrived they brought out all 30 meals in bags, drinks in a stable box, and placed them in my trunk all with great customer service. Our team loved the meals and we really appreciated the smooth, on-time service. Thank you!

Placed an order for delivery. Order arrived promptly. Bagels were great as always. There was an issue with the accuracy of the order, but Kyle took care of it and made it right. Very professional and great customer service! Thank you

Decided to give this Panera a chance even though I have consistently had bad experiences in the past...Huge Mistake!!! We called at 5:30pm to make sure that because of the holiday they were still open, the person said yes, but they may close early and if they did it would be 7pm (super unprofessional, who decides last minute to close early). We got there and made an online order which was denied and decided to go inside, the door was locked with a sign that said, Closing at 6pm (it wasn't 6 yet). Someone came to the door and said, they were closing early, I said we just wanted to get ice coffee and she said they ran out an hour earlier of iced coffee (how does this happen?). This visit today confirmed it, we will NEVER return to this store, stick with the Mishawaka store. Thank goodness, Starbucks was open next door, with great customer service!!

I was NOT impressed with the customer service. The staff member that took my order was not the friendliest, nor was the staff member that was cleaning up. The food is still good and fresh, But I may not be coming back to this Panera for a while.nThe staff at the one on Main Street... are nicer and more professional. I did not feel very welcome here today.

Second time this location has botched my order up plus I had to call asking where my order was as I had a curbside pickup ordernand nobody brought it out as I had been sitting outside forever. Definitely will not be returning to this location. Avoid like the plague!
