Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC

My experience at the Winchester Verizon Store was excellent. I attribute that to their exceptional employee, Cody. This young man was attending to three clients at the same time and was still able to make each one of us feel that our problems were important to him. Cody was pleasant, polite and very professional. He is an asset to the store.

Went to the store with a phone not working, thanks to Jamie she helped me and another customer at the same time and go it going , thanks again for the good job and great service!

Jamie was very nice and transferred my personal information from one phone to my new one, very knowledgeable.

Alyssa and the Winchester TCC is amazing! I work in town, live an hour away and will make sure I always come back here for all my cellular needs. Alyssa is very professional and went above and beyond to help my wife. She was new to a smart phone and Alyssa set up the phone for her needs and she couldn’t be happier! We recently went back with follow up questions, and Alyssa took the time to put a few of my wives favorite apps on her phone and even was able to get old pictures of loved ones from a phone that was no longer working, which we were told at our local store we would never be able to get back. Made my wife cry seeing those old pictures she hadn’t seen in years. It’s the small things, and taking the time that make someone’s day, and Alyssa at TCC did that for my wife! 5 stars!

My phone was on its last leg and I wanted a new one before it went out. Licole was helpful in locating a phone for me since they were out of stock in her store and online. Within 2 days I was up and going with the new phone I wanted! Transfering everything over and activation took less than 20 minutes.
