Needed a fridge right away because my mine went out two days before hosting a party. Friendly, helpful and had a fridge that would fit my space. Just glad that I could get something without ordering. Not perfect but I am moving in 18 months so this was great option. Pricing was very reasonable
Needed a dishwasher right away. Went across the street to Menard's and then over to American Freight. Connor introduced himself and we purchased a very similar dishwasher for much less than Menard's price. I hope my recommendation will bring more customers in...you guys deserve it!!
We bought a freezer at this store in May. When we got it home it did not function. Sears repairman came and ordered a part. 30 days later the part was not available. Sears policy is if they can't get a part they replace the appliance. Numerous calls to Sears headquarters and the store. Still no replacement part. No replacement appliance because Sears headquarters can not trace the transactions of an outlet. Email address' given to us for sending info go unmonitored. Bottom line is 5 months later I don't have a working freezer. Sears is going out of business for a reason. Avoid at all costs people!!!!!!!
Enrique Martínez was very helpful when I went in. Wasn’t sure which dishwasher to get and Enrique knew so much about the appliances that I didn’t even know was so important to know. The good and the bad things to look for. I loved the place would recommend anyone to check out American Freight and if your unsure what to look for ask for Enrique.
I purchased a dishwasher and it had a dent that caused more damage than the store probably thought. I went through all the proper channels of contacting the manufacturer, requesting service under my 1st year warranty, and it was deemed nonrepairable. I spoke with the most pleasant manager Mary and she helped me exchange it with no hassle and no problems. I really appreciated the awesome customer service. She was patient, helped us understand a few things to prepare to install it ourselves, and didn't rush to get us out the store as it was near closing time.nStores that sell units with imperfections can be hit or miss, you know you are always taking somewhat of a chance for the savings, but with great service like that I'll consider them again and again for my future appliance needs. She made a frustrating situation resolve quite smoothly.
