The prices were affordable. The gentleman that was there was very polite and very helpful. We did not buy anything but, we are just shopping around and more then likely we will be back to buy and or order something just because of the employee being so awesome and helpful. Found Shay Furniture after doing a Google search. Are we happy we did! After looking all over for counter height bar stools that would not break the bank, we met Greg. He listened to our needs and helped us find what would work for us. Needed to order what we wanted so i don't have them yet, but he was able to show us representative pieces that left us confident that we'll be happy. Quality at affordable prices.
My husband and I went to 7 different furniture stores looking for a couch before we landed on Shay Furniture. The customer service at Shay outshined every other store that we went to. Greg was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He encouraged us to go home and measure our living space and answered every single question we had. We found a fantastic couch for an incredible deal and because of Greg we are confident in the decision that we made. After this experience I would not even consider buying furniture anywhere else. Highly recommend!
I have purchased living room tables, chairs, four beds, and two entire bedroom sets from this store. Awesome quality, service, and pricing.
