My cell phone was fairly new. I year old. It just quit working. I took it into by AT-T dealer in Portage. Monica was working at the time and suggested putting a new SIM CARD IN PLACEnOF THE OLD ONE. Bingo the phone was completely fine. Thank you Monisa.

Monica is the worst thing that was ever happened to AT&T as a unit. No help, lazy and had no knowledge as to why my SIM card locked. What should’ve been less than a 5 min transaction was 15 due to her constantly being in her personal phone. Ridiculous!
