Today was the third time I have received help at the Chesterton Verizon store, the employees are amazing.nThanks for the great service.nThe young man in good physical condition,I don't know his name is unbelievable at his position.

Allen and Victoria have great customer service skills! Allen helped with my purchase of a new phone and transferring services; the process was seamless. Vicky helped the following day when 2 features were not working properly. She took all the time needed to make sure I walked out with a phone that was working.

Got my new iPhone from this shop. Probably one of the best customer services I’ve experienced in a long time. Allan stayed 1.5hrs after the store closed to make sure every was set up right.
