The Retreat at Serendipity Province

My boyfriend and I just got a couples aromatherapy massage. As our first massage it was wonderful. Our therapists Michele and Adriana provided the perfect pressure and technique. It was exactly what we both needed to destress from crazy covid college life. As a side note, with covid going on they were very safe, clean and made both us relaxed and comfortable. A great way to celebrate our anniversary!!

Have had several good massages here, in the past year their had been a turnover and the menu has changed and not for the better. We went in to get a couples Sheer bliss and was unpleasantly surprised at some of the changes we weren't expecting. We also had to use a credit card to reserve our massages and the gratuity was included on the bill whether you received a good massage or not. In the past, we have never had any complaints. We will be searching other places in the future.

What a wonderful experience. Went with my mom and aunts and we were treated amazing well. My aunts and mom left so satisfied with there massages. We will definitely have to come back and try the facials! Thank you for everything!

I booked a couples massage here because I had a Spa Finder gift card. It was really pretty and relaxing when we arrived. We met our massage therapists and they explained to us what we booked wasn't really a massage but more long and light strokes. Well we already booked it so we went through with it. We booked a 70 minute massage and we're done in under an hour. We paid and about 20 minutes on our way home, I got a phone call from them. I thought maybe we forgot something. They told me they undercharged me and needed another $100 because it was per person. Nowhere online did it say per person, otherwise I never would've paid that. And it didn't seem like it was my fault that it wasn't online not did they charge me properly when we left. But I did pay it and needless to say, we did not nor will not return.

Excellent for sports massage.
