Cosmo is the best nail salon in Valparaiso by far...the service is always up to par. During COVID, they have apt. only services and protective shields for their workers and customers. The owner himself is also very friendly to everyone who walks through the doors.

Billy is excellent. I love going there to see him he makes me laugh.

I’m from out of town and I decided to get my nails done. My lady didn’t measure the tips and just put random sizes on my nails. The acrylic was just slapped on and BARLY even filed my nails down. She had demanded me to go to the bathroom and was being disrespectful. She was on a FaceTime call the whole time. My nails were done within 15 minutes. She didn’t ask me what shape I wanted or how long I wanted them!! My nails are incredibly thick and uneven. They are so messy and I was in one hour before close but that is NO excuse to rush and not do the best job you can.

Wouldnt come back they charge more than they should. The girl who did my pedicure and full set made me bleed didnt apolagize or help rushed through everything and didnt didnt take the time to do it right.didnt bring the acrylic up all the way and the nail polish either. I had to tell her to pls bring the polish up all the way so it doesnt look like its grown out all the way. He didnt buff the nails properly they look chunky and bad
