Terrible experience. Never buying from them again. Eric the manager is terrible communicating things he’s promised customers. Pete is extremely rude, didn’t even try to help me when I tried explaining how frustrated I was and kept telling me I would have to wait to get the situation resolved. Ended up having to call the 1800 number for them to fix things for me. Overall this store is terrible 10/10 recommend going somewhere cheaper that’ll treat you better.
Terrible delivery options. If you want to wait forever and not have any delivery options available when you aren’t working. Manager not interested In the fact that you spent 1,000.00 and can’t get your product delivered. Delivery is outsourced and they aren’t able to contact them. Both times company drivers have not been English speaking. Go somewhere else.
Peter helped me purchase a mattress and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was very friendly and worked with me to get me what I wanted at the price I was looking for. Thanks American Mattress Valpo for making the experience easy.

Stopped in looking of course for new mattress. The young man who helped us was very informative.. We went looking at a couple more places but ended up back here as Eric Gossett was very helpful with answering all our questions and making final purchase.
