Their chocolate chip cookies are the best cookies ever! Cupcakes are delicious and beautiful too! Fun dessert to bring when you're going to a party. Definitely always a big hit!

I love their unique seasonal flavors! Every few months I run in to pick up a Friday treat for our family and there is always something new. Every cupcake we have tried has been great!

Awesome cupcakes. Had them when they first opened over 10 years ago and had them recently. They don’t disappoint. Really good and a bargain.

If looks could look deceiving. The look good but don't taste that great. The icing taste like whipped lard.

Cupcakes are very pretty and party worthy. This morning I was behind the 8 ball as my granddaughter’s birthday party had to be changed from Sunday to Saturday. I am a long standing customer of this shop. I asked for cupcakes with unicorn or mermaid sprinkles to pick up on Saturday afternoon, a 48 hour timeframe. I was vehemently denied by both people working in the store, one of the ladies was downright mean to me. I was very disappointed in the customer service. I just wanted 6 cupcakes with unicorn or mermaid sprinkles and I know that they make unicorn cake slices and unicorn poop cookies so I didn’t feel that my request was so out of the ordinary. It mattered nothing to them. I have never written a negative review of a business in my life.nSadly, I will not be back. Fortunately for me and my granddaughter, I called a bakery in Chicago where I have no history but came highly recommended and they were pleasant and happy to accommodate my order.nnIn response to the owner’s reply to my review, please keep in mind that I wasn’t asking for a wedding cake to be custom made in 48 hours. I was asking for 6 sprinkle cupcakes. You do cupcakes very well. It didn’t seem like it would be that hard. I had as much of a problem with the condescending clerk. When your policies regarding an order of 6 cupcakes become more important than your customer base, you will probably lose some customers. You lost me.
