True Audiophile

My first experience was great. Marc was a breeze to schedule everything up with, and Gary did a great job setting up my table to my ear and now it's sounding better than ever. Both were very friendly, and knowledgable. I recommend True Audiophile and will use them again.

Ever clicked “Buy it Now” and hoped a big purchase would turn out okay? Me neither. Yet with these guys, I’m confident you can. I sent off a product availability question on 2 Innuos units, got a prompt reply, and placed my order. I was told my Innuos products would be shipping from Portugal (due to popularity), so I was content to sit tight and wait a week or two to hear anything. Nope. Marc in Sales thanked me immediately and kept me appraised about every step, including a heads up the day before my delivery. Only took a week to arrive from Europe. After the sale follow up too, by both Marc and the boss Gary. Astonishingly solid customer service. As a new customer, several states apart on the map, True Audiophile took fantastic care of me. They are the real deal and I recommend them highly.

I'm very impressed with the service from True Audiophile. My first contact with them was via email to ask a couple of questions regarding one of their products. I was almost immediately replied to by Marc. His input was extremely helpful. It doesn't stop there, however. He updated me a few times to further clarify his responses. This is a trait that is not often found nowadays, and is present in those who care and have integrity. Bravo Marc, and True Audiophile!

True Audiophile is as good as it gets. I've hired TA for components and setup assistance on two home systems and one at my business, and am honestly floored with the results. Firing up the stereos is now something I look forward to and enjoy in a way I never thought possible, and the amount of great feedback I get from other folks experiencing the sound reminds me how special TA's work is. Their customer service is second to none on top if it. 100% recommended.
