This was my 1st visit to any pawn shop, so I really didn't know what to expect. I had some gold and silver jewelry to sell. The whole experience was much easier than I imagined it would be. I did not feel intimidated or rushed, all my questions were answered, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and I feel I received a fair price for my items. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Silver Lining!

The selection is wonderful, but most importantly there staff is top notch. There was an issue that happened with something purchased there explained what happened and they fixed the it and made it better than it was. They have a customer for life. Special shoutout to Kay, anything doing with jewelry she’s the best. Won’t let you leave unhappy!

I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years. Love their jewelry and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, wonderful customer service. Always go to this place first before buying. They do custom jewelry settings and cleanings here too.

Got what I wanted for my stuff very negotiable and friendly people I definitely recommend coming here
