I had the best experience at this location! I went in to get the new iPhone 11 and Tyler (I believe) assisted me. The process was so easy from start to finish. He was able to give me credit for my old phone even though it had a cracked screen. Hooked me up with a case/ screen protected and pop socket that only cost me $15 for all three after applying the phone credit! I was in and out within 35 minutes. He made the experience so easy and smooth. Highly recommend this location for all your Verizon needs. Thanks again guys!

I usually don't leave a negative reviews unless it was a truly terrible experience. In short, they would not help my elderly father connect his phone. I tried to convince them to let me connect his phone for him but they insist he go through customer service or the app for which he can't because HIS PHONE DOESN'T WORK - I have to do it for him he doesn't feel comfortable leaving the house at 70-something years of age. So not only could my father not get through to customer service but they refuse to help him. Very condescending rep whoever I spoke with at approximately 1:05 p.m. on September 15th. He is a j.erk and he needs to get retrained or they will lose business. After 22 years as a Verizon customer this experience has me on the brink of canceling my subscription.nUpdate* I was able to get my issue resolved by calling a different store & speaking to someone much more courteous & professional who actually contributed to helping my dad connect his phone new phone. I'd suggest trying a different verizon store, not this place

Tyler at this gowireless location is the most knowledgeable and helpful person I've dealt with as I prepare to upgrade my iPhone and use it on our current Verizon plan.

STAY AWAY.nApparently, I shouldn't have erased my first review. It was 1 star. The manager lady whom they fired, lied to my face. It has cost me about 200 dollars and hours on the phone with headquarters. The regional manager or whatever called me to apologize, but apparently he felt the need to send me over to collections and today I get a bill for $300, over a year after I got my phone. The guys that work here are cool, but their former manager was a con man, and I don't even know why GoWireless corporate office called me if they're going to send me a bill AFTER THE FACT.

I wish to inform Verizon of an employee of yours who gives excellent customer service. He should be acknowledged by being given a good pay increase! His name is Eric Nathan. He is certainly an asset to your business. Verizon wisely hired him.
