I went in to buy a new phone and realized that my mobile plan was set up super confusing and complicated. Luckily Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about anything and everything you needed to know there. He was 100% dedicated to helping me sort out of my plan and most importantly helping me save a good chunk of money. Tyler spent a solid 2-2.5 hours sorting out my account and setting up my new phone for the best price. Hands down the best experience I have had in a phone store! Jet and Christopher who both helped me out here and there were amazing too. The whole store is full of super helpful and knowledgeable employees so I highly recommend visiting this location.

Whatever this team is being paid, its not enough. I went in as a sprint customer (post merger with T-Mobile) for help with what I thought was a simple thing, that turned out to be a kind of a hassle. Chris and Anthony were not going to let me leave without a solution - they worked on my problem for over and hour and talked with at least SEVEN different Sprint employees on my behalf. There were several moments when they would have been fully within their rights to send me away with a number to call and wish me luck. Instead they did all of the annoying waiting on hold, being transferred multiple times, and repeating the same information over and over again on my behalf. And its not like I was the only person in the store, the team was taking care of 4 or 5 other folks as well. It was incredibly sweet and I'm super grateful.

What I found was the help I got was above the bar of professionals that are also technology experts. The courtise attitude topped it off. Great job! Thank you
