I came in pretty angry because I lost my phone, Rj I think his name was, not only calmed me down but heard me out. He made me feel like he cared and empathized with me. Thank you for finding me the best deal but even more thank you for getting everything set up and logged in.nThis guy understands the meaning of customer service and because of that I will only be coming here from now on thank you.

Okay okay I'm at the Lloyd Center T-Mobile with RJ he's been a wonderful help he is great I recommended for promotion actually he needs to be the district manager and without him I would be totally lost and I really really appreciate him and his service you guys had a great employee with him thank you appreciate you bro

It was a little busy when I stopped by but Kaiyln (Sp?) was super kind, helpful, and patient with me, and made my switch to a new carrier a breeze. I appreciated it greatly.

Rj was amazing! Not only did he go above and beyond for us and taken care of along with fantastic service!
