Nice store good quality and price
This is pretty much the only store I shop at. I just love Ross Dress for Less. Great deals on kitchen items, home decor, beauty products. They’re the only place in town that I can find cute jeans that fit! The associates are always very helpful and friends.

I came to this Ross purchased 5 items the cashier gave me 3 of them when I realized this I called back the following day asked them to run the cameras back and informed them I have proof of purchase. Management seemed extremely disconnected they were just like okay didn’t care about the fact that I had to drive far to come back and fix there mistake. Even when I got there they were still unapologetic customer service is everything. Your only in business because of customers so they should act like it going forward I hope that they can improve on their customer service skills and be mindful of things that may be a inconvenience to their customers.
Not getting my fur baby gifts there love getting my children's things there are getting dresses there household stuff I just love us it's actually reasonable and everybody's budget that they got cute things and they're not high class snobby stuff and their stuff is perfect they're forever nice and most other places
