Clean and convenient for being downtown. Target card gets you 5% off your purchases, which is awesome.nnUpdate - Staff here have really went down hill in the last three years. I've felt like I was inconvenient to them a few times now.
The staff here is really friendly and helpful. Also, the store is clean and well stocked.nnI visit this store regularly and I love it. However, I have to give the store 3 stars as they have started using plastic bags at the checkout which is a violation of the plastic bag ban in Portland.nnI'll be happy to give them my previous 5-star review once they go back to using paper bags.
Target is well organized and has everything you need. Plus it feels like home.
Good prices. Staff always available to assist you.
