Nordstrom

This was not my favorite Nordstrom. And I have been to plenty! We spent the weekend in Portland and the weather was gorgeous, so we decided to park and venture. I knew there was a big sale on this particular weekend, and was excited about my tax free shopping spree. I entered at the location where the designer label was and went right into the Gucci section. I was interested in a jacket and wanted some service. The associate that worked this brand completely ignored us, but kept a close eye. There was zero customer care and they did not get my money that day. No greeting and no goodbye. The 2 Stars is for my daughter's purchase and customer service upstairs.

Excellent customer service. I usually buy online so this was one of my rare visits to the store. Marcus in the shoe department helped us out. Thanks to him I found the perfect bag and boots. He was very friendly and not pushy. I love my new purchases.

Really like the level of customer service they provide throughout the visit. It's almost like you have a personal shopper there with you helping you pick out items and giving you real world advice on if what you picked out looks good or not. I appreciate their honesty and continued assurance I was making the right purchase. Kudos to you guys & gals

Just an amazing store ever associate asked if I needed help. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for any then some. Best Nordstrom I've ever been to!

Richard in menswear is a total gem. I go to him for dress clothes. He's a brilliant gentleman.
