I had pool water delivered from Jack's in the past and they did a fantastic job. If they service your area, I highly recommend them.nnI need water this year, but they sadly stopped servicing my area. I have no idea why, but that doesn't matter. They don't deserve to be slammed with bad ratings and reviews over it. Maybe they were affected by Covid 19. Maybe they're insanely busy because people are buying pools in record numbers with their stimulus checks. It's an inconvenience, not the end of the world.
I had a great experience with Jacks. They answered all my questions and were very friendly. They worked with us as my pool was getting a new liner and waited while it was getting finished. They filled up my pool and it looked great. I’m very happy and would highly recommend them. I had this done the beginning of May 2018.
Your company should really consider expanding your service area beyond your current 1 mile buffer. I would be more than happy to pay milage for you guys to service my pool which is only 30 minutes away, approximately.
Very prompt and professional.. we had a new pool installed from family leisure and the gentleman who delivered the water took more time explaining everything to my fiance than the installers
