Apparently customer service is as dead here as it is with my current provider. I called to notify them they had a very low sagging cable. As usual I spent the required time wasted with their automated phone system and after nearly a half an hour someone picked up. I let them know about the extremely low cable as well as the fact that I wasn't a customer and wouldn't be affected however was trying to prevent an outage that was certain to happen. 2 weeks later and it's even lower.
The automated service is the worst I've ever seen. U have to go through so much nonsense to get a actual rep! I still have a problem with so solution!
I went in to pay bill and get a remote even with a line of people it went good
“Maria” could not tell me whether I would have to pay a cancellation fee or not because out of the blue one day I received a pre-activated modem in the mail somehow they got my Social Security number address and name and signed me up for it. So now I’m worried because it’s Comcast that I will not be responsible for canceling some thing I never ordered in the first place. All Maria could tell me is that it should be free to cancel. When I told her “should” means that she doesnt know, she SAID that I don’t know English and to look it up in a dictionary. Lol. So not only did I ever sign up, I will never use Comcast anything in the future. Voted worst business in America twice for good reasons.
The service is terrible, I'm always losing signal for no reason. I'm seriously considering going with someone else after all these years, definitely not worth the price!!!
