Good dounuts and friendly people

Deluxe is normally a good place to get donuts. However, today when I visited there was a man behind the counter not wearing a mask who was leaving, and two women both wearing a mask but one had her mask not covering her nose and one the mask wasn't covering her nose or mouth. Neither person was wearing gloves when food was being touched. It does cause concern because if shortcuts are being seen publicly than what shortcuts are not seen in the back?
