We were pleasantly surprised at the fabulous service and patience by Joe, who came out to the house several times with rigid core, laminate and carpet samples. But, he was also able to get some flooring that I had seen online. So, you can make your decision on whatever appeals to you. If you don’t like something he will ask you what you are looking for and search for you to bring you what you want. He is very easy to communicate with and a very nice person as well but the service is impeccable especially nowadays when you don’t seem to get that anymore. Once we made our decision, he gave us a very accurate timeline as to when they would start and finish. I changed my mind on my office floor and Joe was open to whatever I wanted to do. Then when Aldo and his crew started they were very hard working men who like to make sure they don’t rush the job. Aldo takes pride in his work and teaches his crew the same. He wants to make sure the job is done right so the customer is happy and he doesn’t have to come back to fix something although he will if he had to. He and his crew worked tirelessly and communicated with us very well if they had questions about the floor or trim and also about how the job was going and any updates on the timeline. Overall they are a great company to work with and we went with them also because they matched a competitors price and beat there service by a long shot. I would definitely hire them again.

We have rental properties and so tired of changing carpets or tile flooring. We talked to Adam at Luxury Layouts and they gave us a fabulous price on floor and installation. It changes the whole look of our apartment. Durability on the product tested out fabulously! Looking forward to more great flooring projects with these guys. Absolutely in love with our new laminate floors! Can’t speak highly enough about this company- We had a few estimates come out from other places, but they always seemed rushed and like we should know everything. Adam, the salesperson, stayed a couple hours, went over multiple samples and options with us and answered all our questions. The installation crew was amazing- all around great customer service and amazing product- Can’t wait to re-do more floors as we re-model other rooms in our new home with this company!

We love our laminate floor that we had installed several weeks ago. There were a few items that needed correcting after the initial install, but LLF went above and beyond to make things right and serve me as a customer well. The installers were polite and considerate. Overall very pleased.
